RodentPlus Conservation Initiative

OUR HISTORY

OUR STORY

RodentPlus was founded in response to growing concerns about the neglect of small mammals in conservation agendas and the increasing interaction between wildlife, domestic animals, and human communities. Drawing from years of academic research, field experience, and public health outreach, the initiative was established to bridge gaps between science, policy, and grassroots action.

Beginning with small mammal research and awareness programs in Nigeria, RodentPlus has expanded its scope to include animal welfare initiatives and One Health interventions, while maintaining a strong scientific foundation.
